Service

As a Minnesota 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the Former Queens engage in many fundraising activities in service to the community.  Each year two local charities are selected that are meaningful to our members and the community to receive a donation from the Former Queens. One of these charities is selected by our current Queen. We encourage you to learn about and consider supporting these organizations that have been selected for 2025:

Lily Schmitt

On September 1st, 2024, Christopher Schmitt tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident, leaving behind his beloved daughter, Lily Schmitt. Lily is a junior in high school, and the 2022 Queen of the Snowflakes for the St Paul Winter Carnival Junior Royalty.

NAMI- The National Alliance for Mental Health

The nations largest grassroots organization that is dedicated to building better lives for those affected by mental illness. This organization was selected by 2024 Queen Jennifer Westerhaus.
