Former Queens of the St Paul Winter Carnival, Inc. (FQSP) is the sole owner of the information collected at this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
The formerqueens.com website is not intended for use by children. We have no intention of collecting personal information from any individuals, but especially any individual under the age of 13.
